I woke to the echoes of computerized gunfire carrying from the living room to my bedroom. I leaned my head up from the pillow and groaned. The ear plugs were on the dresser but putting them in meant I might not be able to hear the alarm clock.

Here's a WIP for the Mugen animation. There'll be more on Monday, a lot more. But I wanted to hug and cheer and send love to my friend since I see them online so rarely. So that took precedence over art stuffs ^^. More soon!

The final version will have 80+ instead of 15 frames. The main technical challenge is it would be many many megabytes.

'Mugen' explanation - ""For those who are curious or were curious, the "Mugen Senshi" is a direct reference to "Mugen Senshi Valis" AKA, The Fantasm Soldier Valis. Being one of the first Magical girls ever made, and the first in games period, I thought it would be a cute tribute to the series to have someone use a magical sword but not realize it was girls only, and thus the strange "Armor" as a send up to those warrior bikinis"

Anna made it. The process involved frame by frame with one paper over the other for a long time with little changes. She said it actually wasn't too hard to draw. The hard part was scanning the inked versions. Took a long time and she's usually very busy with family stuff (like I often am too). It's an honor to host her work and be able to give it promotion and love.
