Abby Longbloom hadn't considered the cow.

The cow, however, gave Abby a long look and remarked, "Whooooo?"

Eyebrows raised, she waved her blue scanner around in the air. The cow chewed.

After examining the entire barn for signs of the anomaly, she had to note to herself that a cow which said 'who' instead of 'moo' probably should've been the best place to focus first. She gave herself a mental raspberry as the scanner made that tweeting sound it always made when it found something.

Abby chuckled, sized up the cow, and smiled. The cow blinked.
